Who We Are

Partnering to build a world where all children are raised with diginity and responsibility.

Children Salvation Organization (CSO); women-led organization was founded in the year 2018 as a National Non-governmental organization and legally registered by South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (SSRRC) in April 2019. CSO was established with the main purpose of addressing the needs of vulnerable children and women who have been affected by the conflict in South Sudan through provision of quality Primary Health Care Services, Nutrition, WASH, Education in emergencies and development, Food security and livelihood and Social support interventions to restore hope and dignity of children.

As a child-focused organization, we ensure that all children have the right to the support, protection, and care they need to grow up healthy and have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunity to become young adults and leaders who will bring lasting and positive change in their communities.

Our Approach

We Facilitate Safe Spaces for Children

CSO routinely and actively engages stakeholders to give their support in raising the hope of children in South Sudan through the provision of Health & Nutrition, Protection, Education, WASH, women empowerment, peacebuilding, and other cross-cutting programs. CSO is currently an active member of the stakeholders in humanitarian sectors in South Sudan.

We participate and contribute to the lasting positive changes and durable solutions to help children for a better future. We always encourage engagement of peaceful local communities in planning, implementation, and monitoring through age, gender and diversity and participatory community-based approaches.
